EFT payments can take up to 2 days to clear.Please allow 3-7 business days from when payment reflects in our account for your order to be processed, printed and dispatched, we do try and keep this time frame as short as possible.

Depending on your chosen shipping method delivery will take between 3 and 5 days. Our orders go out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Should you need your order urgently, we can accommodate you for a rush fee. Why a rush fee?

Because we do not give preference to anyone and moving you to the top of the the queue means putting in extra hours to make it happen.

Large and/or special orders might require more time as we are still a small business and, please keep this in mind when placing your order. We will discuss a more accurate timeline when your order is placed and we can evaluate it.

Economy courier to Durban takes 5 full business days.
Parcels are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday. Once parcels are handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our hands, and we cannot be held liable for any delays.

We will however do our best to assist with any issues. Should something be damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can act accordingly.

We will try our best to come up with something close to the reference picture provided, but due to copyright and ethical reasons, we cannot copy another designer or artists’ work. Yolk has various sources for design elements and these are acquired by paying for commercial licenses thereof. We take pride in doing our part to support other designers and artists.

All artwork supplied by customers must be supplied in CMYK format. Yolk cannot be responsible for any colour shift that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK. All artwork must be supplied as 300dpi Hi-Res PDF’s. Yolk is not responsible for images that may print blurred or pixelated due to customer supplied artwork if its less than 300dpi. We reserve the right to refuse to print something if the quality of the supplied artwork is poor.
